schedules and operates:

Baldy Hall on the North Campus
- B-15
Abbott Hall on the South Campus
(a.k.a. Roswell Park Seminar Room)
- Other
conferencing sites can be scheduled by DEVO through special arrangement
with other UB departments
The
distance learning rooms are available to faculty, staff and students
of the University as well as members of the community.
These
distance learning classrooms are multitasking environments that allow
transmission of courses via:

Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN)
- IP
videoconferencing (H.323)
- The
Western New York fiber optic network
- Videotape
- Streaming
video
These
facilities are also used for interactive videoconference meetings and
events.
DEVO
offers limited videotape production services for single lectures and
events.
