The South Campus is located at the corner of Main Street (State Route 5) and
Bailey Avenue (State Route 62) in the city of Buffalo.
From South East: Take the New York State Thruway (I-90) to Exit 50, the I-290. From the I-290 exit onto Main Street West (Route 5) at Exit 7A. Proceed about 3 miles to Bailey Avenue (Route 62). Turn left on Bailey and right onto Sherman Road - proceed on Sherman to the Deifendorf Loop, but do not enter the loop, just go straight into the Deifendorf parking lot.

Turn left on Bailey and right onto Sherman Road - proceed on Sherman to the Deifendorf Loop, but do not enter the loop, just go straight into the Deifendorf parking lot.
Abbott Hall (the Health Science Library) is located just a short walk from the parking lot - north of Deifendorf Annex and northeast of Deifendorf. Enter the Library and turn to the right - go down the stairs to the basement to room B-15 (a.k.a. the Roswell Park Seminar Room).
