The
Baldy Hall room is well equipped for transmitting your class or presentation.
It has 24 voice activated student microphones, each one shared by two
students.The
student mics are also equipped with push-to-zoom buttons to easily zoom
in on anyone speaking. There are several types of instructor microphones
to choose from including a clip-on lavaliere and a combination camera
tracking device and wireless microphone.
Four
27" ceiling mounted monitors face the instructor for keeping track
of programming and distant sites. Four 32" monitors plus a 7' projection
screen serve the students in the classroom. An additional pair of 27"
ceiling mounted monitors serve students who are further from the projection
screen.
The
Sony VLP-S600 projector can project any image from the computer (at
a resolution of 800 x 600 or below), the Wolf Visualizer, the distant
sites, satellite, videotape, etc.
